How data gets in

Four paths, and most assessments use several of them:
  • Connect your accounting platform. Xero and other platforms give you broad Scope 3 coverage from spend, without weeks of collection.
  • Enter activity data. Metered kWh, litres of fuel, tonnes of waste, kilometres travelled. This is what makes a category accurate.
  • Use supplier figures. Where a supplier publishes real emissions data, it beats any industry average.
  • Import a spreadsheet. Export from a utility portal, travel platform, or waste contractor and upload it.
